Supplier Code of Conduct
The Supplier Code of Conduct outlines iMeds Logistics’ expectations of its Suppliers and provides guidelines for responsible sourcing, including commitments to human rights, environmental stewardship, health and safety, ethical business practices, and fostering a diverse and sustainable supply chain.
All Suppliers and business partners must comply with this Code. “Suppliers” refers to any third party that provides goods or services to iMeds Logistics for compensation. This includes vendors, distributors, fulfillment partners, channel partners, agents, contractors, and affiliates. Subcontractors of these Suppliers are also expected to comply.
Suppliers must communicate these expectations throughout their own supply chains and adhere to all applicable national, state, and local laws and regulations. Where local laws differ from this Code, we expect compliance with the higher standard.
iMeds Logistics is committed to supporting our Suppliers in meeting and exceeding these expectations through continuous improvement and collaboration.
Introduction to Sustainable Procurement at iMeds Logistics
Sustainable procurement is central to our business strategy and guided by these core principles:
Value creation

Corporate social responsibility (CSR)
Our five core values—Be Mission Driven, Be a Creative Problem Solver, Be Humble, Be Safety Minded, and Be Resilient—anchor our commitment to sustainable development and influence how we work with Suppliers.
All iMeds Logistics entities and supply chain partners must identify, prevent, and manage risks related to health and safety, social responsibility, and environmental impact. We expect the same commitment from our Suppliers.
